The Skills Development Facilitator programme (or SDF Programme) requires 6 Unit Standards.
This training programme will help organisations reuiring to manage a skills development programme within their organisation.
Students will learn how to promote a learning culture within their organisation, analyse skills required,
and be trained up with the Intoweb Learner Management System, EduLearn.

252041 - Promote a learning culture in an organisation
15221 - Provide information and advice regarding skills development and related issues
15228 - Advise on the establishment and implementation of a quality management system for skills development practices in an organisation
15227 - Conduct skills development administration in an organisation
15218 - Conduct an analysis to determine outcomes of learning for skills development and other purposes
15217 - Development an organisational training and development plan
