The South African Football Association has commissioned Intoweb to digitize their financial procurement process. SAFA required a solution to manage their vast amount of players, referees, suppliers and various other payees, this huge logistical task was broken down into multiple streams of payment pipelines, with multiple authorization channels feeding into the financial department. The Intoweb procurement system effectively provides automatic systems to channel requests and provide instant feedback to improve the efficiency and speed of the procurement process.With multiple levels of security and access control, the system provides points of financial validation in multiple ways, both automatic and human controlled. Integrating with the various banks, the system both uploads and downloads the financial data to make payments and check payment status. The system has a complete audit trail to determine all changes and progress in the financial pipeline flow. Lastly the system also integrates with their accounting packageautomatically updating their cashbook.
